It’s magic! I fell and tore my rotator cuff 5 months ago. It’s not a full tear, but I’ve been in considerable pain since. Cortisone shot helped for a while, physical therapy helped some, but still I’m in pain. After a few minutes of these little exercises, most of the pain was gone. OK - it came back in a few hours so I did the little exercises again (no weight yet) and it worked again. Thanks so much.

Hi, I´m suffering rotator cuff. When is the apropiate time to start te exercises of the video? Do I have to wait till pain dissapears? After starting excercises, how many weeks is it recommended to play tennis again?

yeah i just tried these exercises today for my right rotator cuff and by the time I finished the “pen” motion my shoulder was burning! It stayed that way for a while too! I was using a 3 pound dumbbell as thats the smallest my gym has. This definitely works and I’ll keep treating my RC using these exercises. Thanks!

Only a doctor can tell you that for sure. I jacked my shoulder about two weeks ago and it still hurts; so I am lying off any exercise that puts pressure on it for now and doing exercises like the one featured here.

These exercises have a very good chance of helping to relieve your pain. Just do them with two pound weights or less on a regular basis (daily). Do these exercises NOT benchpress or Military Press even with lighter weight.

hey i just saw the video and i have a question. when i do benchpress, especially incline benchpress, or military presses, i feel a sharp pain in my shoulder. it feels like it hurts mostly in the front, top, and side. is that range of motion centered on the rotator cuff? ive started using a lot lighter weight but the pain continues. will the exercises in the video help me out?
